Default Removing Old Diff Mounts

Okay so tonight was productive got the whole 1.6 diff and axles out, but How the hell do I get the old mounts out? I tried hammer and chisel, prying, burning with small butane torch... I wanna get these mmr mounts put in the torsen and put back together thats all that is holding me back, please help

drill them around the edge, the center part should fall right out. then pry the ring that remains out

separate the two metal halves. take a hammer and chisel to then and release the pressure by getting them to split. should take 5 minutes total.

Flip that bitch over and drive it from the other side. Don't work on it from the top like you are doing. There is a slight taper in the casting. Once it starts moving, it will go pretty easy. I've only done one set, but it took me 10 minutes farting around on the first one and then only a minute or two on the second after I realized that it WILL come out without hosing anything up.

I've removed OEM diff bushings from 3 torsens. Drill out the rubber. Flip it over. Spray PB blaster. Take a hammer and chisel and split the metal in half and it will fall out.

It's crazy how much just a little rust will crap on progress.

I took a hole saw to the center section and they pushed right out.
