Default cams

so i got myself some hks cams 256 and 264 and some maruha cam gears my question is a simple one when i put these in do i have to get springs retainers the whole kit and do i have to retune my car (yes the car is turbo thank you) for answering my retarded question

yes, you do need to retune. no, you dont really need new valve springs or retainers unless you plan on revving past ~8000 rpm
