Default Supra injectors + WALBRO 255LPH + E-manage = Lean?????

Hi to all,

I recently changed my stock fuel pump to a WALBRO 255LPH,
and my stock injectors (blue top i think around 175~195 cc) with the
supra injectors (305cc).

I also have e-manage blue with zero-ed maps (injectors + fuel)

I am currently normally aspirated and I wanted to test the injectors before i install my turbo.

Stranglely, when i entered the correction to e-manage ( 175-->305, or 195-->305) the car immediately ran lean (AFR on idle = 19!!!) and stalled.

when I enter a correction of 195-->245 for example the car idles ok around 14.5 and runs at WOT around 12.5...
I have attached a csv log.

The afr is monitored via wideband innovate sensor.

any ideas what is happening?
I want to resolve it before i install the turbo i have.

TIA

edit: i attached the log in .the zip

There is no log attached btw.
My completely uneducated and unprofessional take on it would be:
Just adjust it to whatever setting it likes in order to idle properly and not run lean. Keeping the car in safe afr ranges is more important than what some setting is adjusted to in emb.

Just my .02

I agree!

I just thought that it is very strange.....
and If I am experiencing problems with the fuel-afr etc while normally aspirated, I dont want to imagine what will happen tommorow with the greddy on!!!!

Stock 1.6's were the blue top 205's, which is why the 1.8 tan tops were always an upgrade for those with a greddy... (tan tops are 230's)

I've got my correction factor set to 250/305 since I had a slightly higher than stock idle pressure in the fuel rail with the 255....

I'll have to check the pressure @ idle again, and see what the fpr is holding in the rail, and maybe I should adjust the values... Although, the car is running well, just on the rich side.

Swapped headers today, so I have one with the extra bung, so I'll have to spend some time to put the wb in....
