I have been looking for a 1999 bp-5a motor. The jdm engine importers in california that i know of only have the 1990-97 motors. I have found a few 99+ motors at local junkyards but they want over 1K for motors that have 150K+ miles on them. any tips?

 

Come get the 43k mile 2001 motor sitting in my driveway. Leave the VVT unplugged until you get an ECU that can control it.

 

How much? All you'd need to do would be strap it to a pallet and we can arrange to pick up.
