I'm building the 1.6 because I have one (about 30K on it). But I want to collect all my parts before I start, even little stuff. So far, I have:

9.1 Weisco pistons/rings
Rods
Arp head studs
cometica head gasket
timing belt/water pump (once I find them in the garage)

What else do I need for a reliable build? Should I take the head apart and replace my noisy HLA's?
