Default EMB Injectors too large?

I've recently remove the Jackson racing box and installed the Emanage Blue that's been modded to GOLD. The car ran fine, I didn't really know how to tune so i had a buddy of mine get the basics down. It ran lean under boost, so i upped the injectors to the RC 440. Now without touching the map and only adjusting the injector correction it is a decent AFR under boost. But will not idle. If i let it idle for a few minutes it will stall and fail to start without replacing the plugs or cleaning them.

My setup:
91 1.6L
E manage Gold - EMB modded w/Greddy Map sensor
RC 440's
JRSC 9 PSI
FMIC
Meth Injection
JRSC FPR
AEM UEGO

Are my injectors too large? If not, could someone here make me a basemap? I'm willing to pay. Olderguy care to chime in? I've found your write-ups very easy to follow, even for a software noob like me.

OR- Should I just switch to MS PNP?

Because you have a 91 1.6 I would go with MSPNP the EMB will not be able to trim that much fuel.

Wow good call. I bought one before you posted this and installed it over the weekend... AWESOME! Less confusing maps- excellent control- awesome idle + timing adjustments are cake!
