i have a track tune that if i leave in open loop and drive home it runs about 12.5-13.0 at 60-80 mph so i switch to close loop to drive home which give me a 13.7-14.0 and a lot better mpg. i set my target afr to 15.0 to try and have it lean out more and get some better mileage but it will not get leaner then 14.0. is there a allowance setting somewhere i can't find?

Yeah, I sometimes forget that other ECUs exist. Noticed which forum this was in right after I posted, and deleted it immediately.
I'm impressed you caught the message during the 60 seconds or so it was up.

ya found it after you called me. wari is just so old it doesn't follow current pc logic for hot keys and how menus should work in. it's like dos, can do everything win 7 can do but i'm lazy and want a sexy gui and hot keys.
So where are those settings located? Corrections>set closed loop parameters>maximum integral correction% ?
Also how much % are you guys running to fix the heat soak on startup issues? If i let the car sit for over half an hr when i start it up i'm idling in the 18 afrs for the next 3-4 mins or so until the air temp sensor gets to the right temp.
