TSE Stage 8 wont fit
I'm installing the TSE inconel studs and can't get the bottom rearward Stage 8 triangle piece over the nut. The nut is nearly touching the turbine housing, leaving no room to slide the triangle piece over it.
I'm already aggravated as hell so I'm giving up for the night, but the only solutions I can think of are:
1. grind down the top edges of the nut
2. grind off some of the turbine housing
Is there a less destructive solution I'm missing?

I currently have the M8 stage 8 kit (stock size studs) and I couldnt get that one on my FM manfold/ T25 combo. I ended up just leaving the triangle cam off on that one nut. Not ideal obviously.

Is it possible to bend the triangle tab down and over the edge of the flange? So instead of a cam per say, it's more of a tab. It's worked pretty well for me in the past when placing it properly isn't an option.
It's not the triangle portion that's the problem. There's not enough room to slide the round part over the nut. Hell, there's barely enough room for the diameter of the nut itself. With the T2 housing, it's maybe the 7 o'clock to 1 o'clock area where the housing interferes.
Hope it works!
Have you guys done this before? Do you know if I actually cut a small part off (so it is a "C" instead of a "O") will it still be strong enough to stay on? I don't think I'll have to cut off more than 1/8"
Worst case scenario: It doesn't stay on the nut and I just use Resbond
