turbine maps

For reading turbine maps is the pressure part from the exhaust manifold pressure?

9:1, typical.

There is some variation in turbine map style, post the one that you're trying to read.

Its the pressure ratio across the turbine, so it also needs to take into account the pressure in the downpipe.
