This is out of a early 00's saturn coupe. It's a 1.9l dohc and I swear it's got the smallest exhaust ports I've ever seen on a car engine. You can clearly see which cylinder was the problem.

It was burning oil bad and with 140k miles the customer opted for a junk yard engine with a claimed 50k. Personally I would have scrapped the car, but some people are idiots and like spending $3k for me to swap one shitty engine for another shitty engine.
