2002.5 Mazda Protege 5 Fully Built N.A.

 

I like P5's but I don't understand spending that much to make a slow car marginally less slow.

 

That's actually a damned good price assuming it has no rust, but I have to agree with the above. As much as I love the p5, (sig) even built and boosted it's a pretty slow car.

 

That's what I was thinking, I always liked the protege wagon but all that work and $ for what, 25 HP?

Do those rear tires look like different sizes from the fronts?

 

Yeah, it's not worth it at all in the engine department, but they really do handle quite well for a wagon. Suspension mods do a number on them and they're a blast to drive. Also, dat utility. They have almost the same cargo space as the new Mazda5.

It might be the picture, but the tires do look different.
