Very nice video. It certainly raises the bar for the aftermarket.

A) That's a fantastic video
b) why do the header to downpipe nuts unscrew backwards?
C) Why would people spend big money to replace a manifold with such a similar manifold?
d) it smells like it is time to change the litterbox again, sigh.

Lol, at the rust.

That company has way to much time on their hands to make a video like that. I wonder how they got the CAD. Some of it looks decently detailed and some of it is just basic simple shapes.

Way too much time? I could recreate that in a couple of days at most, starting from scratch. Assembly videos are stupid easy to make now days. I'm guessing the most complicated part in that vid is the runners for the new header. Not hard per se, just a pain in the ***.

I am pro at SW motion, that and a nextengine scanner and I'd be in business for blatantly obvious install videos!

A couple of days is to much time in my opinion. A few pictures and text would accomplish the same results. Or a video of an person actually installing the item.

except, if they went that rout then we wouldn't be here discussing this video so I guess it's a win from a marketing aspect on getting the company name and product out there.

Wel to sort things out.

I did al the 3D work in my spare time. Its not my full job. The 3D project of making every part in 3D started for fun.

I started posting some things on the internet and soon after IL contacted my if i want to make stuff for them. And the main reason was to make exploded drawings. But also more 3D animation are coming. Im still in the learning proces. You can check my first animation ever on the youtube channel from IL. The cold aitlr intake. That was my first full animation ever. And you can see the difference.

Almost every part you see is made byself in 3D. Almost no textures are used. All made from photos

Any tips are welcome. Its made in 3D Studio Max

The nuts look like its turning the wrong way of, probably something with the FPS

The header is a OEM replacement with a so called TUV certification. Every parts sold in germany needs to have TUV.

Luckily i live in the netherlands, where nothing needs to be certified

is there any measurable improvement when switching out the stock exhaust manifold for an identical one of a different material when bolted to a peashooter?

Nope, it is almost identical. Its just a replacement when your old one cracks. And for people who want to stay OEM like.

Not me..

Also the only non-OEM manifold homologated for the Dutch spec miata series.
