Default Idiling high EMS4

Finally got it up and running, but I haven't been able to tune as the idle is way to high. Here is what has me baffled- after cold start it idles about 1300. and then once it gets to normal operating temp. it idles at 2800 to 3000. I fiddled with the idle target table and it does not change a thing, and then unplugged the iac with no change either. I closed the idle screw completely on the throttle body and got it to 2400. It seems that there is definitely a vac. leak somewhere, but thought that it was odd that it seems to be ok when cold. Before I take it to the shop to do a smoke test thought I would see if anyone has suggestions of obvious things I am not thinking about.

I did put a timing light on it today and it matched what the ECU was reading (27) at 2400 rpm. I did not check the timing when it was cold. I previously had this set up in a 2000 running in more of a parallel setup where the stock ecu was controlling idle, and it is now in a 1990 and the EMS is controlling everything.

sounds like a leak, a crack or something that opens up as the manifold heats up.

Here is my cal. It is definitely running a little lean when it warms up. I am thinking Leafy might be correct. I will warm it up and then do a pressure test to see if I can find the leak.

I took it to the shop and they did a smoke test and found no leaks, and I also had them set base idle. After swapping in some previous calibrations that had worked on my previous setup and doing some minor fuel map adjustments I have it idling around 1350. I am still planning to get it to a professional tuner to get it on a dyno.

One other issue I am having is no tach. I am using the trackspeed patch harness and it has tach run to GPIO 8. I tried both gpio 8 inverted and not with no success. Does anyone know if there are other settings that need to be changed to get the tach to work?
