Default Mobile ads are bullshit

Im a paying subscriber yet still have to deal with mobile ads. That alone sucks.

But tonight I got a floating ad that covered up my menu bar. Also decided to glitch out and get stuck in the middle of my screen. Then open a new tab while trying to scroll.

Attached are images of the floating ad. Both in the way of navigation and glitched in the middle.

I am disappointed about the entire 'mobile' experience. Something recently changed, and now the website even overrides the "request desktop version" request on my tablet, rendering the whole website experience worthless.

I use the IB app which is much better than the mobile version.

Most of the time I'm using my laptop and the full site, though.

I have no issues using the full version on my phone or tablet.
I don't see any reason to use the app at all, unless you just really like pink.

Use the app, they don't support the mobile web view.

I keep getting served this ****** that hijacks the system messages and have to spam the back button to get out of it. If my phone only had an on screen back button I don't think I would be able to back out of it.

That's not the mobile app. That's the unsupported mobile site, I think. If so, that's your problem.

Yes, mine is from the mobile site, thougb I agreee with aidan that ads that highjack system messages and such shoudn't be on there either.

I had no idea there was an app seperate from the site. Learn something new every day.

If the app opened my email links I would switch right now.

It's still unacceptable for a site of this caliber to have a mobile option available that has ads worse than sketchy **** sites.
