Default PCV and dipstick popping out

I have a 1993 1.6 turbo miata. I was drifting and I was going pretty hard on the engine. I see smoke and I pop the hood and oil is sprayed everywhere and the pcv bung not the hose but the actual thing that fits into the valve cover blew out and the dipstick popped out. Does this mean I blew a ring and the blow by is pressurizing the valve cover too much? But does that explain the dipstick popping out? Let me know if you know what happened so I can start buying things I need to rebuild it. Thanks

Step 1: Read this thread https://www.miataturbo.net/engine-pe...-thread-78293/
Step 2. Add VTA catch can or the pcv specified in thread somewhere think its the one off a pcv

Lots of info on this if you search

Just fyi, you can make a dual catch can system for 40-50 dollars.

Go to Home Depot...
2x Husky oil separator

Go to Jegs, or other online supplier...
4x barb fittings that thread into each port of the Husky part

1x Little filter (drill a hole in the top of the black housing in the drivers side catch can, and stick the filter on it. jb weld or similar. I drilled and tapped it, and used a nipple fitting instead, but this adds cost)

However many feet of Fuel line (passenger side valve cover PCV to catch can, catch can to intake manifold... and drivers side valve cover to VENTED catch can, catch can to intake)

considering you're a drifter, you probably blew the motor. I don't know why people are straight off the bat suggesting catch cans. you can't make one big enough for a blown motor.

id also like to add, all the catch can talk on this site is stupid. a street car with good health should have zero blow by.

ok so by blown you mean i probably blew a piston ring leading to the blow by causing my dipstick and pcv to blow off?
