Thanks guys! It will be a blast. If you can sign up early that will really help us a lot too. We aren't trying to make a dime on the event, but renting race tracks isn't cheap so we're just trying to give everyone maximum seat time for the price and not lose thousands of dollars in the process.

We will absolutely make that happen. We'll have 3 or 4 of our own cars there with the main goal of doing ride-alongs all day, and I know other customers with K swaps will be there. Lots of turbo Miatas too I'm sure.

 

Hey this gives me a good excuse to visit some friends in KZoo... Maybe if the car is tuned in time?

 

How do you get an instructor to sign off? Ride-along for the first session and then sign off? Verbal sign-off? I know you sign-off? Please add the answer to your FAQ section when you get a chance. Chalking this down as a distinct possibility. @Der_Idiot - let me know if you are driving down - maybe a caravan can be arranged? If we can arrange a dual car trailer - we could also tow behind ...

We have a draft of a much more extensive FAQ doc that we're working on now and should be uploaded tonight or tomorrow.

Instructors will most likely be required to ride with beginner students for every session of the day.

Sounds good Josh. We won't have a formal rider signup list before the event, so just stop by our tent first thing after checking in and we'll make sure I get a chance to take you out in my blue car.

And thank YOU for signing up, without a bunch of guys jumping on board early and proving there is interest for an all-Miata event like this, we wouldn't be able to make it happen.

 

This is coming up in less then a week and a half. I am officially in as a vendor. Looking forward to seeing everyone out there and I should have a few setups for sale. I will also have MT.net and possibly turbokitty stickers.

 

Definitely in for some stickers! Just got done getting my car ready for this event. Can’t wait!
