Default Sven's Turbo NA with A/C

Long time nothing new here. So there You get a cool customer project (another Sven than the white TimeAttack NA).

This 1.6L Miata import got a turbo conversion and has still its air conditioning installed and running. The engine got forged parts and the turbo is an upgraded TD04 turbocharger. Now the engine produces 281hp at the flywheel and 362Nm/267lbft torque.

The specs:
- 1.6L B6 engine bored to 79mm
- JE pistons 79mm
- Cometic head gasket 79mm
- Molnar Technologies conrods
- ACL main bearings
- King conrod bearings
- Upgrade TD04 turbocharger
- SPS 700ccm fuel injectors
- SPS engine oil cooling kit
- Competition Clutch Stage 3 (Edit: Stage 4)
- BC Racing BR-series coilover
- Fender Flares
- Japan Racing JR19 8Jx15 0mm offset with 20mm spacers front and 25mm spacers rear
- Nankang NS-2R 195/50 R15 tires

The fender flares for bitty tires is really silly, but it does look on point.

Hi,

i just found out that at first he got a stage 3 installed, but it was not enough, so now there is a stage 4 installed. My fault.

The revlimiter is at 7400rpm.

Interesting roll bar. That wouldn't be legal for track days over here. It only provides protection for the driver so I guess they don't allow track day passengers over there.

The rearview mirror mounted on the rod is a throwback to another era I haven't seen before on a Miata.

Hi sixshooter, the roll bar is just a show roll bar. For track days, where a proper roll bar is necessary, this car couldn't join the event. (I don't know track days in Germany where a roll bar is necessary, You can join them with a stock car normally.)

Best regards
