Default Valve problems?

My boss made a nice video about some problems with the valves in NA and NB engines.

You're English isn't bad at all.

Consistent spring pressure is important! I try to avoid the supertech stuff whenever possible. Too many people report issues here.

I understand the preload issue with worn / overmachined valves.
Wouldn't you be able to get them all consistent across the board with spring shims (of varying thickness)?
