Default Anyone have a copy of a Rotrex SC warranty?

My kit, purchased from Moddiction 11/2015, never came with a warranty for the head unit, and NO ONE, not Kraftwerks, not Rotrex, not Jackson Racing, NO one will send me this imaginary 3-year warranty.
I’m at serious odds with Rotrex and KW over a warranty problem at the moment (starting August 2018).

With all due respect, I’m asking for a document that I doubt exists, not a knee-jerk, uninformed opinion.
The head unit failed 2.5 years after purchase. It had 10K miles and 13 months of use. I bought it during a Miata engine-rebuild project in my garage, so it did not get installed and used immediately upon receipt.
Kraftwerks initially claimed (by phone conversation) that the head unit is warrantied “for three years.” This is typical among SC manufacturers (I’ve done lots of research on this).
After KW asked for the unit S/N, they came back with “3 years from date of manufacture” (as opposed to date of purchase). They added, to their obvious convenience and financial advantage, that “these units are typically made 6 months before they’re sold.” This bizarre and apparently undocumented caveat means that my blower is out of warranty. They added (on the phone) that all other kit parts are covered by a 12-month warranty.
So when you buy a Rotrex SC system, there’s really no telling the duration of the warranty—it’s anyone’s guess, and at the apparent word of the Rotrex manufacturer as to when a guy Not was allegedly built prior to sale.
But I do not have a written warranty (a contract of sorts) that spells out these terms.
Lately, in this ridiculous ongoing warranty battle, Kraftwerks pretends no such 3-year warranty exists, instead directing me to the 12-month warranty statement (which they earlier explained is for all BUT the Rotrex head unit) on their Web site.
Now, once again:
Has anyone in this forum, who has purchased a Rotrex system, ever received a warranty with their purchase? And if so, could you provide a PDF of GIF scan of it?
if you never received a warranty with the head unit, please also mention that here. I am trying to determine whether an actual, contractual document exists.

lol. whats a turbo warranty, like 2 seconds?

You owned the hing for three years. Are they supposed to just believe you never used it? clearly you have never dealt with this retail world. Every customer on earth " only used it a few days"

Its a hi-performance car part that needs some work after 10K miles.

Get out your wallet Big Boi, this is racecar games!

Really, Ryan? You want to go head-to-head with me? As if I’m not putting up with enough crap from Krapworks, now you want to take the gloves off, too?
Did you read my reply? Do you have reading comprehension?
The part about how the unit crapped out at 2.5 years into a 3-year warranty?
Do you know what the Rotrex manual describes as service intervals, in the product manual?
No, you don’t. That’s obvious.
Throw YOUR money away, pal. Maybe your daddy finances your hobbies, beats me. I’m personally sick of us all getting ripped off and pushed around by businesses that dream up all manner of underhanded ways to separate us from our hard-earned money.
But good luck with your attitude, and throwing away your money.
Can we get an admin to weigh in on this guy?

The only mention of a Rotrex warranty i've seen is on a european web site that mentions 3 years. Doesn't say from production or sale but it wouldn't help you in the US anyway. All of the instances I've read about say about the unit must go back via the distributor to Denmark where it's determined by the mfg if it's a warranty repair or not (guess what it'll be). All the shipping is on you to get the unit back to the distributor.

Shitting on the users of this forum isn't going to help you.

Thanks for the feedback, bahurd.
I have an e-mail from Jackson Racing stating that Rotrex issues, and is the author of, a warranty I cannot manage to get my hands on.
My request if fairly simple; information.
For the record, I'm requesting information, not opinions. Please read my OP, then tell me how >>I<< have **** on the users of this forum.
Wow.

Is this really what this forum is all about? Lashing out at people looking for information?
The vitriol is unwarranted and beyond rational comprehension. But I'm sure you're standing up for your buddy, Ryan, who has offered no information other than his opinion on a "turbo" I don't own.

Looks like Rotrex is going to punt you back to Ryan @ moddiction or Kraftwerks.

Not trying to be combative here, but you may have to eat the cost of repair.

Thanks for the comment, nothing "combative" perceived, I assure you (other than from a few 20-somthings earlier, who've lost track of forum decorum). And I understand your "eat the cost" comment; Kraftwerks offers to sell a replacement unit at 56% off" standard head-unit price, even for warrantied units -- allegedly to be refunded after Rotrex in Denmark assesses whose fault the damage is. If I had a warranty, I could show it to my lawyer, she could advise me on paying or not. But I cannot get anyone, anywhere, to produce this apparently non-existent warranty--possibly because it's unenforceable per American consumer law.
I've been dealing directly with Rotrex and Kraftwerks. Moddiction was merely the seller; the warranties are tied directly to the manufacturers. I've called and sent e-mails to Moddiction, they don't respond for whatever reason. Welcome to automotive after-market parts "customer service."
The game these people play is interesting; they have the customer over a barrel with "Rotrex first needs to assess whether the damage is ours or your fault," assuming they think the unit is still under warranty. This is a process that takes 6 weeks or 6 months, depending who you talk to.
The other game they play is "the warranty starts at date of head-unit manufacture," not date of sale. But, no warranty is provided with the unit upon purchase of the unit; the customer learns of these magical exceptions only upon contacting Krapworks to issue a warranty claim. And who makes such a warranty, other than that which starts on date of purchase? Why would my product warranty cover a product I haven't bought, for time it sat on a shelf waiting to be sold? That's patently absurd.
I know of several people now (due to my rigorous research -- I'm a journalist by degree, tech writer for the last 35 years) who have had similar surprising experiences with Kraftwerks and Rotrex.
Part of my point of being here is that, if a consumer problem is shown to be pervasive enough, a class-action lawsuit could bring relief to those who have been ripped off.
This is my concern, which soon will be brought to the attention of regulatory agencies here and abroad.
Again, I'm asking if anyone has a copy of the Rotrex 3-year warranty. I'm certain that it does not exist, and therefore is not enforceable.

Asking for an admin to weigh in on responses is always a good way to get banned, right behind starting beef with Vlad.
