I just put one on my 1.6 and I am happy with it so far, even though I only drove it 5ish minutes. I also wrapped it and sealed the wrap. It has a nice throaty-er sound then the stock header. My stock header was cracked so its nice to not have to listen to the hiss. Also I am NA, so not much help here.

I see that they now show them on their site again, but list them as 'Out of stock"

Has anyone installed the NA 1.8L raceland header? How is the fit (especially of the EGR)?

I waited like 2 months for the 1.6 one to come back. For the price, and how happy I am with it, it was worth the wait for me.

NA 1.8 headers are now back on their site, but have gone up to $115. Still relatively cheap, and free shipping, so I ordered one.

We'll see what it looks like, but hey, I think I've spent more on beer in a weekend, so how bad could it be?

I've seen someone install these on there car and the build quality didnt actually look that bad, nor did the design.Although the quality is not as nice as a RB header. It would seem reasonable that there is power to be gained.

I bought one because while i was putting my car back together i noticed the studs were broken on the oem one. I fit ok with no leaks. the only fitment problem was the part that bolted up to the exhaust was a little off. My header back was custom so it may have been the problem. Actually getting in there required taking apart the steering linkage/joint, other than that it was a breeze.

I had the Raceland 1.8 on mine before I went turbo and it was a good quality piece. A friend of mine just installed the 1.6 raceland on his 1990 and it's also built really well. Would definitely recommend.

Does the Raceland header eliminate the CAT and bolt up to the stock CAT-Back? Looks that way. The NB I'm talking about. NB's have a flange at the back of the CAT and not the front right? Or do I have that backwards?

The raceland header is designed to hook up to the cat.
