Default 5 lug conversion.. miata spindles on a triumph

so trying to find info on 5 stud conversion on NB spindles
(is there enough room to redrill?)
the miata brakes are enough as my car weighs less than my wifes NB

I found a conversion for miata spindles on a spitfire/gt6 suspension
the triumph front suspension was put on a tube chassis 57 anglia back in the 80's
eventually I'll probably go more common suspension/strut in the car but for now I would love to go to 5x4.5 as narrowed 9inch in the rear behind the 408cu inch small chevy and i can't find matching wheels in 4x100 and 5x4.5 other than centerline autodrag... and would rather keep the american racing wheels that i have.. haven't swapped to the miata spindles yet.. so if you have ever heard of a 5 bolt swap for triumph spitfire (wilwood used to make a brake kit, so hub swaps may have been available from them, but now discontinued)

every prior post i've read about swaps seem to deteriorate in to 4 lug is fine don't need 5-lug but there is always exceptions
thanks
Mike
thought it was cool that i can use miata parts on my anglia too

As far as I am aware there are no 5 lug conversions. If there are they are one off and not a kit.

Have you tried searching for 5x114.3 wheels instead of 5x4.5? It's the same bolt pattern, just millimeter vs. inch. 5x114 is extremely common on japanese cars and trucks.

No kit, but perhaps this can give you a good idea...

technically its going on a 57 anglia.. that some one swapped on the triumph stuff..
I found a swap article using miata spindles on the triumph control arms.. which in turn are better brakes than triumph, vented rotors over solid, and at least a better bolt pattern than the 4on4/98mm.
thanks for the link above
