Default Alignment and ride height woes

I suspect i have a bent sub-frame but im hesitant to do all the work involved in replacing it and then still end up with a bent car. Im not sure if a sub frame will cure my issue or if the whole chassis could be bent. Im hoping i can describe some of the symptoms here and then have some miata veteran confirm what i suspect or offer some insight. I really just want to experience this car with perfect alignment and good grippy tires but im starting to think it might be better to just start with a car that has not been damaged. I love my msm to bits and I cant imagine parting ways with it just yet.

I tried to get an alignment done on my car and I was told Im limited in the amount of camber i can achieve in the right rear and the car sits lower on that side.

**The Facts**

* Car was involved in a accident on the Right Rear but it was not during my ownership so i have no idea how bad it was bonked.

* My eccentric bolts are maxed out on that side in the wrong direction just to get the toe right and my upright is grinding into my control arm.

* Right rear side was very difficult to bolt back together. I could not get the upper arm over the hub and it was hard to get the bolt through.

* Left side came apart and together easily.

* My hub assembly and upper control arm is sliding forward on their bushings and im getting metal to metal contact.

* Right rear ride height is much lower than it should be, id say around 1/4" ~ 1/2"

* Ive replaced the following parts thanks to The Partsgroup

* "long bolts" (2x)
* lower control arms (left and right)
* upper control arms (left and right)
* both rear uprights/hubs
* new Dampers

Here are some relevant pictures, id really appreciate if anyone takes a look and offers some insight.

Default

I ordered a subframe off ebay. It comes with some more control arms and bolts so thats cool, hopefully its not bonked too. Im just going to do this swap this weekend. If it does not solve my issue i guess ill just move on to another car. I will however update this thread because its very difficult to find info on these issues and hopefully i can help someone else in the future.
