I've received word my shocks are finally finished and that they should ship on Tuesday.

 

Let me know if you actually get a tracking number for your shocks.

I'm still waiting to hear if they took mine off the shelf yet to be worked on.

 

I received a couple of email from Weekend Racer over the last 6 weeks but still no update on the shocks or a shipping confirmation.

 

MC, did you talk to John or Bernie on the phone? Once I gave them phone calls I got much better results. I actully had my shocks within 2 weeks since my order got lost somehow.
I have even had a few phone calls and emails with Bernie the past few weeks so he does exist and is working to recover form the issues earlier this year.
What was he doing on your shocks? Was it anything beyond the normal revalve for a miata HD shock?

 

Ever since John joined up I have been in contact with him and I did get an email last week saying that my shocks are still being worked on. In fact John is my only hope of even seeing my shocks again as I pretty much gave up on them as I never got a call or email back from Bernie.

My order? Shortening and revalving of 4 shocks for a BMW e30.

Yes the shocks are not for a Miata.

Yes I was told that the work could be done BEFORE I sent in my shocks and prepaid for the work 10 months ago.

My requests to just send my cores back and give me a refund fell to deaf ears and was not given as an option.
