Default Carbotech pad thickness

Has anyone had any issues with the thickness of Carbotech pads? Namely, the fact that they're too damn thick.

It's a 1.6 NA with 1.8 caliper brackets and the "fancy" (e-coated) Centric rotors. There's about 2-3mm of interference - no f'ing way I can get the pads on short of machining brand new rotors.

I've had a couple sets that just barely fit, but never any that were that bad. Did you call carbotech?

Mine were tight, but definitely went in.
