Custom driveshaft for rx7 TII/Torsen 4.10 question.
Hello all,
I have plans for my little 1991. I am wondering if anyone here has run the setup in the title - RX7 TII transmission with the Torsen 4.10 differential. I have been collecting all the pieces I need lately to put this Drivetrain swap together in preparation for a built BP4W and EFR 6758 setup. As of now I only need to fab transmission mounts and figure out the driveshaft situation once my Diff and driveshaft arrive in the mail.
It would save me a great deal of trouble and money if anyone here has run this setup in an NA miata and has the measurements/specs for the driveshaft machining required. Obviously it would be simple for me to mock everything up and take the measurements myself, and I will if there is no other choice.I don't mean to come across as lazy or reliant on others work. I am trying to avoid this option because it will add a lot of possibly unnecessary pain on my end. This is my daily and to do work on it I have to carve time out of my work schedule - and that time is very precious. This is why I have been saving all the parts to be able to do it relatively quickly at once.
Thanks in advance for reading and for your consideration.
