What's your static clearance to the drop center? We consider 3mm minimum.
I wonder how the spindle geometry might be different vs OEM.
Keep an eye on the tie rod end boots. Rotor can cook them if not insulated. TSE kit would usually self clearance the rotors with the OTR's. Yours looks close too.

Yeah, I know it's not OEM knuckle but i don't see how the knuckle affects the the clearance between spokes and drop center. Or maybe something to do with facing the TSE hat? Very curious.

Have any of you guys tried to fit this under a Konig, Advanti, or Jongbloed 9?
Any feedback on drop center clearance with your setup? That was the point or interference on ours which forced us to go to the 1.1" rotor instead of the 1.25.

I'm here asking questions not to **** on your project but to learn. See what you're doing differently than us. Trying to understand why your results are different than what we calculated. At this point maybe it's knuckle related but that doesn't make sense in my non-engineer brain. Y'all are sharp people, love learning from you.
At the end of the day we're super happy with our kit. We're not competing with you guys, just trying to work together to make cool bits for Miatas. Negcats welcome.

Close but should work. Nice. TSE was 1mm +/- 1mm. Just recommending having a plan for dealing with the heat on the OTR, if you don't already.

Well, my engineer brain didn't figure it out but luckily we have an engineer.
We are expecting those drop spindles move the OTR mount on the spindle away from the rotor. With the OEM knuckle we have to push the rotor and caliper towards the spokes (and drop center) to clear the OTR. If these knuckles move the OTR away from the rotor that leaves room to bring the rotor inboard, improving wheel clearance and allowing the fat caliper with the thick rotor.
Would be curious to fit your kit @Twibs415 on a stock knuckle but I think we'll find it is in firm contact with the OTR. Only explanation I've got since I know our modeling with the 15x10 6UL and OEM knuckle is correct.

Haven't tested any wilwoods or 6ULs. My kit is 11.75x1.25 rotor with OEM knuckle and Afco F88 or Stoptech C43. Also working on an AP caliper right now.

15x10 Dekagram no spacer for Afco and C43
15x9.5 Freeform no spacer for Afco and C43
15x9 Dekagram 10mm spacer for C43, unknown for Afco
15x9 Countergram 5-6mm spacer for C43, no spacer for Afco
16x8 Dekagram no spacer for Afco, unknown for C43
15x8 Countergram 10mm spacer (can't remember if this was C43 or Afco)

Cool, sounds like a really nice kit. Fitment tracks.
Just wanted to make another reference point... Installed the AFCO kit that Jeff (Jerfspeed) is now offering. I can confirm that it clears 15x10 +25 Jongbloed Series 500 wheels without a spacer on my OEM knuckle. Plenty of room between the rotor and the OTR. Overall, super stoked about the kit. Can't wait to see how they perform in spring.

I was wondering if anyone has attempted to fit a 15x9 Countergram with the BroFab 1.25” + AFCO F88 combo?
I was hoping someone has established if it’s possible and what size spacer etc.
and if not would someone be able to grab a mates wheel and test? 😬

From a few posts up Jeff shared the countergram fits with a 5-6mm spacer. His and my kit places the caliper in the same location.
I actually just had a customer message me a couple days ago saying that the 15x9 Countergram clears the Afco with no spacer. The 5-6mm spacer is required for my Stoptech C43 kit.
