Do early axles work with later differential carriers?
Hello,
My 95 has the type of axle that attaches to the stub shaft via four bolts. Will this axle setup work with a differential carrier out of a 2001? Thanks

Yes.
The only non-interchange among '94-'05 is that the MSM differential and inner axle shafts are unique. All other diff/axle combinations are valid, including interchange between one-piece and two-piece axles.
