Default drivetrain change, which bolts to replace?

I'm changing out pretty much everything in the drivetrain: flywheel, clutch, transmission, complete 1.8 diff swap. I've got pretty much every seal imaginable. However, I don't know which nut's and bolts I need to replace (car has like 250k on it so everything is pretty old at this point.)

from a quick read, there were a few suggestions like driveshaft bolts and axle nuts. all the ppf bolts are something like 50$ . what should I get? anything else I could be forgetting outside of seals? hot tips?

Replace the ones that are rusted or worn.
