Unhappy Installing axles into new OS Giken LSD help!

Haven't been able to find anything on this and emailed the guys at 949. Was hoping someone on here had a solution for this.

Diff is fully installed in the car with a brand new OS Giken LSD. Trying to get the axles back in and they just don't want to go all the way in. I think the circlip is hitting since I can feel the splines line up, I just can't get enough force to get the damn axles all the way in and get that circlip past the OSG female splines. Axles are single piece 99 half shafts.

I don't want to go through the hassle of removing the hubs and I've already tried removing both upper and lower control arms and can't seem to get an angle that allows me to use more force.

Any ideas?

Thanks for any help!

So if anyone runs into this issue in the future, you can simply push up the upper control arm to get it out of the way. Get the axle seated and then simply shove the axle in from the outside. I didn't realize the upper control arm could be moved out of the way.

I didn't realize the upper control arms could be moved out of the way when unbolted from the hub/caliper unit. Derrrr...

Fix was unbolting the upper and lower control arms and having a friend old the axle and assembly while I lined it up in the diff. Then a simple hard shove and both went in no problem. Yay!!!!
