I have an old set of K-sport coilovers on my car that have bad dampers and are in need of an upgrade and since K-sport has discontinued the older damper because they went to a larger size I have to buy retrofit kits to use their larger damper. Long story short, the price is very close to the price of just buying a brand new complete set of K-sports. The problem is I would like to upgrade to a better damper if I am going to spend this kind of money, so I took some measurements, made some technical drawings and contacted a couple of manufacturers about making threaded sleeves to retrofit K-Sports or other popular brands of coilover (Megan/BC/D2/Stance/KTS/Buddy Club/TEIN etc...) with Koni 8610/8611 universal race inserts. I am currently still waiting on quotes for them at the moment..

Thoughts? Anyone else interested?
