Default Loud clicking from 5 speed.

Hello everyone, I have a strange clicking noise coming from the transmission. It gets faster according to revs, not speed. It also dose not make the noise in neutral with the clutch pressed all the way down(disengaged) makes it in every gear and netrual with the cluch engaged. I won't have time to drop the tranny until this weekend, just wondering if anyone has had this issue or know of this issue before someone says "just drop it and find out". Other notes, car is a 91 na making 230whp 215wtq and an FM level 1 clutch, stock flywheel, and has about 5k miles on it. Thanks to all

So I finally had time to pull the trans out. Went to drain the oil and a large pecie of metal came out with the drain plug, so that's officially a done deal guessing its the input shaft since the car still shifted perfectly fine. Gonna just throw in a 6 speed so I don't have to keep babying 5 speeds
