Default Maximum droop on NB

Random question for the lifted crowd, does anyone know the maximum allowable droop for a NB? Any kind of measurement (damper mount to body, wheel center to fender or whatever) will do it, just state what it refers to. I guess the limit on the front is ball joint angles, while on the rear it is axles/CV angles. Could measure mine but need to loosen all a-arm bolts, and do not really want to do this unless I do not have any other options. Thanks!

Where do lifted miatas (miatae?) hide?

IMO if you really want to maximize things I would take the measurements yourself on your car. I've tried working off of other people's data and and while it's a helpful ballpark I'd just measure myself. Also that way you can plan your limit straps, etc while you're in there.
