The thickness of the flange needs to be controlled within like 1 thread length of that stud too.

i have not measured it - just made a drawing out of a cad model which was uploaded in here earlier.
i' ve done two bushings for myself out of hdpe according to this drawing - works well, fitting was kinda tight into the diff bushing holes.
Yeah, after viewing the drawing on my computer, I understood how you dimensioned it I admit I was wrong and should have paid closer attention to your dimensioning but for future reference, the way you did it is confusing.
