Speedo drive for 3.9 R&P in an NA??

Speedo drive for 3.9 R&P in an NA??
Do they make a speedo drive for the cable driven speedometer that is geared for having a 3.9 ring and pinion? There's an electronic one... but that won't help me at this point.
