The front sport brakes I purchased arrived with damaged shims and I have had trouble finding replacement ones. Anyone happen to have a part number, OEM or aftermarket? So far all I've found is these for the rears in an m.net thread.

What you are looking for is mazda part N0Y73329ZMV.
It's cheap, too. Turns out Rosenthal has it:
VPM,HARDWARE KIT,FRNT PAD (N0Y7-33-29Z-MV) - $6.56 - N0Y73329ZMV
If you need other stuff, giving mazda-parts.com a try will save you money. About 10% cheaper on most things than Rosenthal. The website sucks though, you beeter have part #s for everything you want.

Glad to help.
But, but, I'm deathly afraid of the cones
Not really, its just that when I read the rules a couple years ago for being a member, it seemed like they wanted it to be an autox in a specific class and such, not just showing up to an autox for fun.
Looking at the entry form now, it looks like they even accept track days. WIN!
So I guess all I need to do now is show up to a autox event and I'm set to be a member?
That would be nice.

Dustin, come out and AutoX with either NTXAS or the BMW Club. Low key, lots of fun and they count for MazdaSpeed accounts. Both are classed for non-S2000 and non-BMW by displacement and tire type only.
Well, things get a little interesting with the rear brake hardware.
I don't believe Mazda has a hardware kit for the rear sport calipers. I haven't found anything for the sport brakes, but they have a couple different flavors for the regular brake hardware, and yes, the sport hardware is different from the standard hardware.
You can only get the required hardware if you buy a certain pad set that comes with it:
NCY3-26-43ZA
This option kinda sucks, unless you are fine with Mazda's pads, which is a very good pad on the street. I went this route on my last Miata. Brakes were terrific on the street. That Miata never saw track time, so I can't comment on that aspect.
I hope someone has a P/N for just the rear hardware, but I don't think it's out there.

I read somewhere these would work for the rears. i suggest further research though.

Theres a review on Amazon stating that this is whats needed for the Miata Rear Sport Brakes. Prime Eligible!
Not official Mazda, but who cares?
Good find.
The **** i cobbled together from the non-sport stuff is hopefully the source of my noises. These brakes are impossibly noisy, and i don't think it's just because they're EBC Yellows.

Looks like both sellers have already shipped the hardware. I'll try to get them installed next weekend.
