thats normal homie... they basically float on a bushing, it will flaten out when installed and has the cars weight coming down upon them.

Yeah, doesn't look right (at first), try push them down and check the bore of the top hole, it should be able to line up with the shaft, as said the install will straighten it up.

If the top doesnt flat out with the weight of the car, then something is definately wrong. I have seen cases there the flange thingy (cant remember what its called) that sits inside the spring is a little to big for the spring itself.

Even the best of Companies can have problems in assembly hey, lets hope the install sorts it out though.

After searching online, I notice theres a thread about these coilovers.

But I'll install these when it stops raining, hopefully they'll line up.

I'm having second thoughts about installing them, probably going to end up returning it, unless Stance can fix it properly. My friend bought them and they work perfectly fine out of the box.

Probably a wise choice. Will save you a lot of worries and disappointment. What other coilovers will you be looking at if these aren't going to work? May be worth putting in a little more cash and being 120% happy

Send them back, get $500 more and buy the "real deal".
