Default Super Strange Clutch Problem

This problem has been around and confusing the crap out of me for two years now. It is extremely repeatable, which is good I guess.

So here is how it goes:

-Car has been sitting for a few weeks, I get it and drive all day with zero issues.

- When I go to drive the car again the next morning or within about a week to two weeks since it has last been driven, the clutch does not fully disengage. The clutch still has about 5% engagement with my foot to the floor and struggles/does not want to go into gear. After I drive around for about 30mins the problem slowly goes away and the clutch is back to normal (until the following morning that is).

-If I do not drive the car consecutive days or let the car sit about two weeks since it has last been driven, I can hop in and go with full clutch disengagement.

The car is a 1995 miata, 6 speed trans, replaced master and slave (12k miles ago), braided line, flying miata happy meal clutch with both bearings replaced (about 10k miles on it). The above setup worked without issues for two years until this problem started occurring.

Below is a list of everything I have tried:
-pump the pedal many times before driving off (did nothing)
-new clutch fluid + bleed
-bleed clutch a second time a year later
-checked for leaks
-adjusted clutch via FM instructions

Any ideas? No funky noises or anything like that, this one certainly has me confused.

thanks!

Yes I have. Sorry I forgot to include that bit in the original post. I edited the original post to reflect this now.

Thanks!

Pull the boot back on the slave to see if there is any fluid. I had issues with mine and ended up buying oe slave and master.

What’s 12k miles, 2-3 years? I would definitely look for leaks, and even if not, replace master and slave, they’re cheap enough.
