Just curious if anyone know the estimated ship date for the 6UL's from 949? The website has always said March 2013.

I've checked their website, blog, left voice messages, and sent emails and have not received a response.

I'm not chomping at the bit or upset, just trying to schedule some events and get my ducks in a row.

 

March 2013 means they might get it in march, then a week to get it to you. Personally I wouldn't plan anything anytime soon. Like, maybe May, considering you still have to mount tires on those wheels....

When I bought Xidas last year it was a looooooong wait. I think original estimate was February and I got them in like, end of march or April, dunno. It was a supplier issue, though.

I had good results emailing emilio directly, but only did it as last resort. he gets a LOT of mail.

Yeah, I assume there must be some delay, which is fine and acceptable. It would be nice to have an estimate so I can take alternate steps to get on the track if necessary. I don’t want to go out and buy tires for my 16" wheelset if they are going to be here in 2-3 weeks. But if they are 2 months out, I’ll go buy some new 16” rubber to get going and wait patiently for the 6ULs. I guess I’ll just keep ringing them until they answer the phone.

As far as I know there is no container of wheels coming in in the immediate future. I don't work there just help out time to time so I can't say for sure. I will be seeing Emilio tomorrow so I will ask for you.

Current production run (mostly sold out) is on the water and will be here first week of May. Next batch should be here August 2013. We'll start taking pre-orders for the August shipment in a week or so.
