It would just about cover the shipping on a set of Rivals.

I tried to use a similar rebate on a set bought from Phil's and they rejected it. :(

I hope so. I called around today and neither of my large local retailers can even order Rivals from their distributors.

 

Ordered Rivals Friday, called tirerack just now and they sent $50 back to my card.

I think I remember reading Tire Rack has an exclusive on the Rivals.

 

225s are out of stock at TR. Won't be back in stock during the promotion period.

205s are in stock (for now).

I placed an order and complained about the rebate and time period. TR gave me an equivalent gift card to secure the order. So . . . negotiate.

 

Ordered my 205's last night.

 

They must have gotten more 225s.
I looked today and they were in stock and deliverable this week.

 

Yep, I got an E-mail yesterday showing that my order for a set of 205s (Silver car) and 225s (Red car) had shipped.

Watch your mail for the invoice and rebate offer. Almost missed mine in the junk mail. Per the website they say you can't use the electronic invoice when ordering online for the rebate. Mine showed up in the mail about 3 days after ordering the tires.
