My mates and I have been going to the track (Wakefield in Australia) for a few years now and the best tyre we have come across are surprisingly not the most expensive.

2. Federal 595 RS-R
3. Dunlop Direzza Z1 Star Spec
4. Yokohama AD08

They are road legal AND they produce the best lap times of all street tyres on a miriad of cars. Nissan Skyline, Nissan Silvia (S15), Mazda MX5 SE, Nissan 300ZX,
