They look ether 16 or 17 and those are not DOT tires. looks like the car has tubbed fender wells. In my playing with suspension I think it is impossible to make a miata handle well with much over stock diameter tires without also modifying suspension geometry and tubing the wheel wells to get clearance. Your in tube frame territory if its done right. Looks absolutely gorgeous however. Bob |
I am pretty sure they are 16s and I think he tubbed it. It has a full cage and gutted. It has been a few years since I actually saw the car in the pics. I will see if I can get the sizes from him next time I talk to him.
