anyone got lightly used forged turbo pistons, maybe with rods?

I am thinking of taking the light build route instead of buying another $500 stock motor. Unfortunately, my recent episode with over heating has cost me another motor, my second so far. Fortunately, my first block and second block has been both verified okay and honed by a local machinist. I am not blowing smoke anymore and I am starting over right. This plan also includes FINALLY ditching my blastphimous automatic and trading it for a 5-speed.

Plan:

-Have 2 motors, one built, other stock.

-put stock in automatic, remove turbo setup, put back completely OEM stock.

-sell band-aids, purchase MS, plan for >10psi

-Trade automatic in for 94' (hopefully white) NA 5-speed.

-install built motor w/ turbo setup in 5-speed.

-profit.





help me out, convert me to 5-speed goodness, im sick of this crap!

 

I have a complete set of mint
-wiseco 84mm low compression pistons with perfect rings
-and a complete set of carillo H beam rods
I am only asking 500 for this combo which originally cost me 950 for the complete set
they were used in a built 1.8 motor for a 99 for around 1500 miles and was dissambled because the head had an issue
