Default Wanting to Hire: Megasquirt Tuner FL

Hey guys,

I am looking for someone in FL to help me with a dyno tune on my MegasquirtPNP.

If you either know of any local tuners (west palm beach) or are willing to come dyno tune my car (at a local dyno) then please pm me or respond here.

I'd love to learn the tuning system myself, but in all reality i'd much rather get it done by someone who really knows what they're doing.

Thanks a lot!

Email my friend Sebastian. sebastien_salvant at yahoo dot com He built his own and is the best I know of in SoFla. I had him just do enough to get me running and now Im learning on my own. I would strong encourage you to learn as much as possible. You dont want to have to go to a dyno everytime you have a problem.

Keep me updated. I want to get to a dyno also.

I'm so down, but not entirely ready...
Depending on when/if he'd want to do this, I'm in....otherwise I'll just bring my pom-poms

He gave me the same "rough/safe/quick" tune he did to Lev, and I'm stoked...Safely boosting 6lbs (not using ebc yet), and avg 22+mpg... Thats what he considers "just enough to get me boostin", I dunno if he knows how good he is at it...lol

6 psi and 22 mpg? I wouldn't really be singing any praises.

Sounds like there's some leaning to be had, as of this morning I get 25.7 mpg.

I got 27 as yesterday evening's fill up, top down and a/c on, city and stop n go highway, and 80-85 mph on open highway. No driving for economy, no low speed cruising, no short shifting. 11-12 psi or so with MBC. 4.1 final drive and 4.3 speedo gear.

That was my lowest in the last 3 or 4 tankfulls.

If I'm back on the road by the time this happens I'd definitely be up for it.

yea im here.... ive just been dealing with health issue's so my car has been on hold but soon to be back on the road... im willing to help out when i got some time...

ohh and just to let you know i tuned these cars in seriously in 15 min we had alot of other issues to adress so i did not get into detail. i needed to get phil home and made sure tony's car worked. we had over heating issues with one cars and fuel cut out on other.

if your a real tunner you know it takes time to get a good mpg. it all depends on the persons driving habbits too. my personal car i was getting 28-29 when i was chilling off throttle and thats was leaning it out before it serge. at certain sections of the v/e table that i knew were my cruzing points. and when WOT was a beast im guessing before the car blew it was in the range of 270-290 whp... i know i know your gonna ask why the engine blew, long story short coolant reroute did not work as planned. had a hi flow problem my hard line water pipe was strait 90. did not have u bends and was a stupid mistake. did a drift event water temps in 270 to 300 range, no water temp compensation, det and burn a set of supertech's

sorry for the short book
ill will be back soon hopfully 300whp plus did a lot of upgrades

Yea guess i shouldve been more detailed...
But like I said quick/safe and got me boosting..
15min, on a very tight schedule and with overheating...it wasn't meant to be a tune per say, it was meant to have the car driveable...
So yea I AM stoked that in 15min he was able to accomplish that for me...Give the guy an hour on a good running car and sky's the limit...

Sebass, dude hope your ok man... Gimme a call during the week if you can, just to shoot da **** and catch up... If there's anything you need I'm like 5min away man!
