15 shipped? I have an entire rail i dont need, its just sitting here. It cost me 12 bucks to ship a 99 rail to TX yesterday. I couldn't imagine it would be much more to FL. If you want it PM me. Ill ship the entire rail, i just don't want to throw it away.
