I have a an NB top frame available.

just got your pm, but you pm box is full, what all does it come with? side straps, top, rain rail etc?

 

The straps aren't necessary. Just the rain rail (which you can buy new separately) and the frame. You might also want to replace the side tensioner cable thingies. I did when I replaced my top just because it was easy with the top off.

Its an NB top frame (as you asked for)
with weather stripping and window straps etc There is no top or rain rail.
I think the cables are present, can check, but normally you will want to replace them anyway with a new top.
