Bought the manual steering rack from Soflarick. Need the idler pully set up to replace my power steering unit to make the swap. Mine's a 94 car with AC & power steering. Want to keep the AC.

 

just throwing this out there, why not just buy a new belt, one for non-ps w/ac?
autozone carries them, 26 is the most expensive one

 

I have the idler bracket with good working pulley from a 94 with a manual steering rack and a/c only

Because then you have no way to install or tension the belt. And that belt you found is sized for the dummy idler pulley and a/c.
