I've got a stock BP4W head, but it's bare. No cams, no valves, no springs. The cam towers are there, with the bolts, and are in relatively good shape.

I think your problem will be with shipping. I'm in GA and you're in CA - I think the cost of getting it to you - if interested - would be high. DM me if you want to pursue.
