WTB Intercooler with piping for a 99 NB1 1.8, otherwise I will piece one together, but thought I would inquire.

 

Sad to say, easy button would be fab9 sir. Otherwise, intercoolers are wear items and you are better heading to eBay and fabbing your own mounts.
