I'm selling my 99 it's got an AEM short ram on it and the new owner is planning on racing it in a class that needs stock intake. I'd like to get a stock system with all the bolts and filter parts and dodads. Also be willing to trade intake systems.

Yes it is. Even includes a K&N Panel filter! That's at LEAST 20 ByteVenom corrected horsepower right there.
