There's a guy selling a JR M45 on miata.net, but it comes with a MS3 for a '94. But you could buy an ECU that works with your '99 and sell the MS3 (or maybe modify it to work with your car—not sure what'd be involved in that).

 

Thanks, Huesmann. Do you know the price? And yeah, the MS3 could definitely be sold for a NB1 ECU.

can you go inspect it, if it's good buy it, then take it home with you, clean it and prepare it, then come over to OP's house and install it, and then make sure car runs flawlessly? kthx
